A YES- The concept is simple. As you punch it, it moves away and springs back quickly.
If you put it in a corner and punch on it then don't expect it to last.
Q The boxer is only 5'2" tall. Shouldn't it really be taller?
A It's certainly tall enough for a person just over 6' tall.
Q I've filled my Bally boxing bag with air and water but it does not
stand up very well.
A It's important to fill base with as much water as you can get in
it. Then fill the lower air chamber; make it snug. Finish by filling up
the top portion. You can fill it to the firmness of your liking.
Q I used my bag for kickboxing last night and today it's low on air. Did
I ruin it?
A This happens on my kick boxing bag also. When I give it a REAL
good pounding sometimes I have to put a little more air in it the next
day. But then it's fine for weeks. It is not defective. The HEAVY pounding
forces some air out bypassing the little plugs.
Q My Bally Boxer bag will not hold air. Does it have a leak?
A It's possible but often I am able to help here. If you put the air
plug in dry it is difficult to insert it completely and get a proper air seal.
Pull the little plug out and moisten it then reinsert it completely. Don't forget to put a little
more air in your bag first.

A A small repair kit came with your order. Give it a try. I've not
had to use one yet but I've heard some have had success.
Q What is the defective rate on New In The Box.
A We've sold hundreds of these and few, very few have problems. We
rate problems at only 1%. We are very pleased with the high quality. We
understand that on occasion a problem may occur and work very hard so
everyone is 100% happy.

A In this case I promptly authorized product return as it was
obviously a manufacturer defect.

A No. But on a case by case basis I may offer refunds for karate
bags only. It's really no different than you driving across town to return
a sweater. The store does not reimburse you for mileage.
Q Can I kickbox with my shoes on.
A No. Socks or bare feet are strongly recommended.
